In this episode, we interview LFBI professor of Prayer and Worship and Midtown Baptist Temple praise team leader Eric Phillips. We set the terms of worship biblically, which includes praise as a form of worship, investigating pitfalls praise leaders often fall into, like promoting talent over character and neglecting doctrine for style. We provide answers from the Bible to these issues, as well as tips for leading the congregation in a way that exalts Jesus above all.
