Course Theme:  The Mandate and Mission of the New Testament Church, Acts 1:8
The Book of Acts is the historical beginning of the Great Commission. It presents the progressive transfer of the personal ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ to the Body of Christ through the indwelling Holy Spirit. The prophetic promise of the kingdom to the Jews is postponed as the Church begins to take the Gospel to the Gentile world. The book of Acts is the bridge that covers the period between the Gospels and the Epistles.
A systematic study of this New Testament transitional book, includes terms, doctrines, dispensational features and the chronological progression of events in 2 sections.
